Job Description

Performs a variety of duties related to office and accounting functions. Provides clerical support and inputs accounting information.
1. Secure receipts related to accounts payable and client finances according to Mosaic policies and procedures.
2. Prepare agency deposits according to Mosaic policies and procedures.
3. Input accounting data, including but not limited to, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
4. File all documents related to position.
5. Print and distribute reports related to position.
6. Order office supplies and perform other general office functions.
1. Knowledge of Company policies and procedures.
2. Knowledge of and ability to demonstrate Mosaic’s 7 Essential Practices of Leadership.
3. Knowledge of accounting practices.
4. Skill in operating a 10-key adding machine and standard office equipment, such as telephone, copier and FAX machine.
5. Skill in planning and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
6. Skill in maintaining organized files and accurate records.
7. Skill in operating personal computers to use spreadsheets and databases, including PeopleSoft.
8. Ability to read documents and computer screens.
9. Ability to communicate effectively in a courteous and professional manner.
10. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
11. Ability to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
12. Ability to work in a team environment.
13. Ability to drive.
High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year office experience.
